Prior to meeting with Katherine Burnett in the fall of 2008, we never thought it was possible for us to afford a new house on our income. A short time later we moved in to our dream house, built by Covenant Builders. We were warned by couples who had built houses with other builders that it was so stressful, but this isn’t at all what we experienced. Instead, it was an enjoyable, exciting period of time for us. It was so easy! We were also told by several people who had built homes with other contractors that we should expect the final price to be much higher than we planned. Again, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the price we were given by Covenant Builders was exactly what we paid, to the dime, minus a couple very affordable upgrades we chose to add on that weren’t on the blueprints. The materials and appliances that are standard in Covenant homes are so high in quality that we didn’t need to make upgrades that inflate the end price.
We were very impressed with the quality of work done on our home, and the care that was taken to communicate with us during the construction period. On top of that, the follow up by Katherine and her team was unbelievable after we had moved in. We cannot say enough about the building experience with Covenant Builders. We have told many friends about our building experience, and we have already had four families who are friends of ours build on our block. We are so blessed!

We were amazed...as was our lender, at the efficiency, professionalism and speed in which our house was completed. The coordination of subcontractors was incredible. Our house actually was finished ahead of schedule and under budget! The friendliness, courtesy and responsiveness of the staff made us feel important and appreciated. Our friends and family was doubtful at first with the expected time of completion and quality, but they were astounded when it came to pass! The follow-up service and responsiveness to questions and "fine tuning" after we moved in, is impressive to say the least. Covenant Builders sets the new standard for builders in our eyes. Other friends who have built houses in the past were a little envious to hear how fun and fast our construction project experience was compared to the drawn-out and over-budget project they had to endure.
